We collect the information you choose to submit through our contact form, such as your name, work email, firm, practice type, and any message you send. Because the form opens a pre-filled email to us, we receive whatever you include and send. Our hosting provider also records standard technical logs (for example, IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and to provide the information or assessment you requested. We do not sell or rent your information. We will not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and any updates you do opt into can be unsubscribed from at any time.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and communicate with you, including our website host and content-delivery network (Cloudflare), our email provider (Microsoft 365), and a web-font service (Google Fonts), which may receive your IP address when fonts load. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We do not run behavioral ad networks on this site.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted by emailing info@prometheusconsultinglabs.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children.
